Special Universal

I am pleased to report Special Universal , an interesting cultural photographic exhibition organized by Stefano and Marco Tavino Chapel. The event will be hosted from Sunday, February 13 (17 hours) at the cultural center of White Rabbit, Legnago (Verona), Avenue Station No. 1.

I personally got to see some shots in the preview, I can assure you that this is a really nice job!

The organizers word:

We want to compare the reality of contemporary China in a universal comune a miliardi di persone con il semplice particolare che caratterizza il singolo individuo. Il tentativo è quello di portare una testimonianza di un'esistenza; un'esistenza dettata da ritmi frenetici che conducono il forestiero alla generalizzazione dei caratteri di un popolo invece composto da miliardi di particolari che ne colorano la profonda diversità. Le immagini proposte cercano di documentare sì una realtà in continuo cambiamento, ma anche di restituire un po' di quella melodia esotica e poetica che è la vita sulle strade delle grandi metropoli o dei piccoli villaggi orientali, cercando di catturarne singoli momenti, singoli gesti o singole sfumature.
